Block of 10 residential properties in Mutxamel

The “Rambla” Residential Housing Compound came into being as a block of residential properties within an urban setting, on the main thoroughfare in Mutxamel.

We architecture studio tasks were performed to take maximum advantage of this privileged location. The façade would be the showpiece of this development.

The bid aims to overcome the issue of a series of properties with significant depth available for construction though with scant façade space. It attempts to provide the maximum levels of lighting possible for all the properties, while at the same time controlling the privacy of the same.

As a result, a modern façade composition is created, being permeable to exterior elements and duly protected, which serves to identify this unique action in the very heart of Mutxamel.
