Boreal Residential Complex

The “Boreal” Residential Housing Compound consisted of the refurbishment of an existing building currently in an unfinished state.
We architecture studio , tasks were performed to showcase a series of properties that seemed unappealing both on a commercial as well as architectonic level.

The bid aimed to relate the ground floors through minimum openings or alcoves, with a new gardened área, opening onto larger hollows therein and raising the gardens to the level of the latter, thus achieving a spatial continuity between the interior and the exterior. The idea was to integrate the new proposal into the new green environment created.

The change of the recessed alcoves led to a change of image for the development, in line with the developer’s demands.
