Our architecture studio proposal was the bid chosen to develop the “Secret Residential Housing Compound in la la Zenia”.
The importance of the garden would influence the entire edification process, designing the blocks with the slightest façade length possible, creating lush vegetation patches in which the visual aspects of the garden are not hindered by the building. The reduction of the length of the blocks provided added value to the development as it involved an increase in the number of corner properties.
