Almond Residential Complex

Block of 12 residential properties in San Vicente

The “Almond Housing Compound” was devised as a block of residential properties located within an urban environment, on the main thoroughfare in San Vicente.

We architecture studio we endeavoured to take advantage of the location of the building on the corner, with this unique aspect forming the basis of the development’s image. A singular manner of handling a corner property that is at the same time detached from the rest of the zone, while also interlaced with its environment, upon which all the formal aspects of the building rest.

With regard to the composition of the façade, the approach was to implement this without hollows within a generalised modulation based on vertical and horizontal elements. The glazing modules have been carefully proportioned to make them form part of the entire system comprising the façades and their modulation.
