The light of San Juan, is the result of a collaboration of eneseis and Engel & Völkers Alicante, a Proyect luxury one family house, outstanding for its size chosen by the real estate to initiate the professional relationship that continues with a variation of projects.

The plot, of very elongated shape, obligates to search for different solutions when it comes to occupying it by configuring the house in two levels, releasing the plot to the possible maximum in the first floor.

ECODESIGN

The design of the building makes them take advantage of the benefits of the climates natural form, a house that consumes the minimum of energy and respectful with the environment in all of his constructive process.

BIOCOMFORT

The comfort of the user is also an element that is very important in the proposal. It is about a house passant that guarantees the quality of the interior air. Recovering in the well-being of its habitants, like that an entrance of light in every room, avoiding the unnecessary use of artificial light. On the days with excessive sunshine, the mobile lattices avoid possible glare, in addition to provide privacy to the user.
