The “Boreal 2” Residential Housing Compound was devised as a flagship residential property project for the new urban planning development in Alfaz del Pi.

The bid aimed to maximise the green area of the plot, as this had a high level of occupation, alongside the sharing of the swimming pool area with the adjacent plot.

The residential properties are located in blocks set out in rows. Owing to the plot’s slope, the garage roofing and ground floors of the block located on the lower part of the street were transformed into the green area of the housing compound. The entire surface of the plot thus became a large park with views over the sea.
