Farrallón Residential Complex

Block of 15 residential properties in Orihuela

“Residencial Farrallón” came into being as a project for residential housing on the Las Ramblas golf course. From within architecture studio we worked to encase a free-standing block on a terrain with elevated slopes.

A block of residential properties was designed that was embedded into the land, with all heights visible from the lower street, while barely noticeable from other viewing points, aiming thus to have as little visual impact as possible.

Inside the properties, all the rooms are exterior are characterised by their large suspended terracing, also enjoying a shared area and private zone for those on the ground floor.
