The “Los Lagos Residential Housing Compound” came into being as a project for residential housing on the La Finca golf course..

We architecture studio we worked to seek out a typology in which each one of the properties had added value for the development. Given that we could not develop different typologies that responded to the diverse solutions put forward, the sale value had to be part of the actual design of the module.

A block was designed containing five properties in which each one of them had its own value, the two corners of the ground floor featured a garden, the two corners of the first floor had terracing and a solarium roof, while the central property was a duplex with greater breadth in terms of its façade.

The placement of this type of property around the block created a large green area in which all of the residential services were located. In the initial phase, the first 15 properties were developed.
