Santa Clara Residential Complex it is proposed as a pioneering housing project for the new urban development of Vistahermosa Norte, in Alicante.

We architecture studio to provide each of the homes with added value. We modulated the type of block in a row that allowed planning, in blocks of 4 attached. In this way, half of the houses are on the corner and in the rest we were able to increase the width of the facade.

In this way, the development of the houses is carried out on the perimeter of the plot, freeing up the maximum space inside, which is used for garden areas. A natural environment is generated with wide spaces, maintaining great privacy
