Luxury House in Alicante

The objective of the project is to create a space of life related with the garden and the swimming pool, isolating the house from the outer space. The shape of the building and the materials used generate the necessary privacy and the protection towards the north and west orientation. On the other hand the aperture of the building towards the south orientation and the garden give the building wider amplitude as it directly relates with the exterior .. ..

The facades of the building orientated towards the north and west, the ones that at the same time are more in contact with the street and the neighbours, have a heavier and a more opaque treatment, as the stone material used for its finishing, acting as a visual barrier towards the interior. The interior facades, orientated south and east have a permeable treatment towards the exterior by the glass, generating by this a relation of the interior part of the building with the land.
